What is the return period for a product?

Sport Land offers customers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. Please note the following:

The product must be in good condition, unused, and have the original brand tag attached.

If I"m not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

If you paid via SADAD, credit card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, you need to send a refund request to [email protected] within 14 days from the date of receipt.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The sooner you inform us about your intention to initiate a return process, the better! Most return processes are completed within two business days for orders paid via SADAD, bank transfer, or Mada.
